Policies and Procedures

Check-In Location:

Unless other arrangements have been made, all check-ins will occur at the unit. Upon confirming your reservation you will be given the contact information for our check-in associate. They will meet you at the unit at the time we confirm with you. Depending upon prior occupancy check-in may not occur until after 1:00pm. Parking passes have to be picked up across the street at Resource Property Management. Directions will be provided.

Check-Out Time

1O:00am so that housekeeping may prepare for the next guests.

Payment Policy

A deposit of $350 and $100 condo associaton fee is required to confirm a reservation, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. The deposit may be made by personal check, bank check or money order payable to: John and Barbara Klassen and mailed to us at PO Box 836, Saugerties, NY 12477, or through Pay Pal on this web site. Balance due must be paid by check, bank check, or money order within 30 days of the rental.

Cancellation

The reservation deposit is refundable less a $50 fee for any cancellation received at least 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 30 days or less of rental will only be refunded if the unit can be re-rented for the same fee. No refunds will be made for travel cancellations or interruption due to inclement weather.

Occupancy - Maximum of Four Guests per Stay

The unit may not be occuppied by more than 4 people at any time throughout your rental, (any combination of adults or children). Student groups are not permitted. Students or minors will not be permitted to register without their parent. Minors may not be left alon on the premises at any time. Any reservations under false pretenses will be subject to forfeiture of all monies.

Pets

NO pets are permitted under any circumstance.

Smoking

NO SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted inside the unit, on the balcony or the front landing.

Condominium Rules

Your unit is confirmed with the understanding that you will adhere to the rules and regulations of the condominium association. These rules are located in the unit and are also provided at the signing of the contract.

Cleaning

The unit is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. You are responsible to maintian the unit during your occupancy. There are basic cleaning supplies located by the washer and dryer. There is a mop and bucket in the broom closet and a vacuum cleaner in the second bedroom closet. We ask that our guests treat the unit as their own home so our next guest can enjoy their stay.

Telephone/Intenet Access

You are encouraged to bring your cell phone or purchase a prepaid cell phone if you require a telphone during your stay.

There is a computer on site for guest use as well as wireless internet.

Beach Towels and Equipment

Beach towels, a cooler and toys are located by the washer and dryer. Beach chairs and noodles are in the balcony closet. We ask tha no other guest towels be taken to the pool or beach. No items can be dried or hung over the balcony railing, there is a drying rack by the washer the can be placed in the guest bathroom shower or place them in the dryer.

Pool

There are 4 green pool passes located in the unit. It is required that you bring them to the pool in the event they ask to verify you are guests. There is a $25 charge for any lost tags.

SECURITY

There is security on patrol 24 hours/7 days a week. This a very quiet complex, but in the event you need security, the number is on the door in the unit.
